Major Upcoming Dynamics 365 (D365) Events in 2026: Where to Go and Why

Major Upcoming Dynamics 365 (D365) Events in 2026: Where to Go and Why

If you’re delivering Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) programmes (or building a D365 + Power Platform practice), conferences are still the fastest way to pick up real-world implementation patterns, hear roadmap signals early, and benchmark your approach against other delivery teams.

Below is a curated list of the major upcoming D365 / Power Platform ecosystem events (with links), plus a practical “which should I pick?” guide for UK/EU consultants, architects, and delivery leaders.

At-a-glance calendar (2026)

💠 26–27 March 2026 (Birmingham, UK): Days of Knowledge UK 2026

💠 27–29 April 2026 (Orlando, USA): Directions North America 2026

💠 5–7 May 2026 (Cologne, Germany): European BizApps Summit 2026

💠 12–15 May 2026 (Las Vegas, USA): DynamicsCon 2026

💠 29 June – 2 July 2026 (Copenhagen, Denmark): European Power Platform Conference 2026

💠 23–25 September 2026 (Copenhagen, Denmark): Directions for Enterprise 2026 (F&SCM-focused)

💠 11–15 October 2026 (Nashville, USA): Community Summit North America 2026

💠 27–29 October 2026 (Paris, France): Directions EMEA 2026

💠 27–29 October 2026 (Las Vegas, USA): Power Platform Community Conference 2026

💠 17–20 November 2026: Microsoft Ignite 2026

Where to Go and Why

1) Best for UK/EU D365 Finance & Supply Chain delivery (implementation-focused)

Directions for Enterprise 2026 (Copenhagen, 23–25 September)

Directions for Enterprise is explicitly positioned for the Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management partner ecosystem. If you want the highest signal-to-noise ratio for enterprise ERP delivery patterns (and the partner/Microsoft conversations around them), this is one of the most directly relevant events on the list.

European BizApps Summit 2026 (Cologne, 5–7 May)

European BizApps Summit is a strong “practitioner event” for D365 + Power Platform + Dataverse + Fabric. It’s particularly useful if your programmes involve integration architecture, governance, automation, and reporting/analytics alongside F&SCM.

2) Best for Power Platform + integration architects (ALM/governance/automation)

European Power Platform Conference 2026 (Copenhagen, 29 June – 2 July)

EPPC is a great fit if you’re building accelerators (environment strategy, pipelines, CoE patterns, monitoring, security boundaries) that make or break D365 programmes in the real world.

Power Platform Community Conference 2026 (Las Vegas, 27–29 October)

PPCC is the largest global Power Platform gathering—useful if you want to see where the platform is heading and how people are operationalising it at scale (especially around Copilot Studio, automation, and enterprise governance).

3) Biggest “broad ecosystem” events (lots of sessions + networking)

Community Summit North America 2026 (Nashville, 11–15 October)

Community Summit NA is one of the largest independent Microsoft Business Applications events. Great for networking with customers/partners, hearing practical stories, and spotting how other teams are handling delivery realities (testing, cutovers, stabilisation, upgrades, integration support models).

DynamicsCon 2026 (Las Vegas, 12–15 May)

DynamicsCon covers a wide Dynamics audience (including Power Platform). If you want lots of “how we did it” content and community-led sessions, it’s a solid option—particularly if you work across more than just F&SCM.

4) Partner ecosystem / strategy signals

Directions North America 2026 (Orlando, 27–29 April)

Directions NA is partners-only and historically Business Central-heavy. Even if you’re F&SCM-led, it can still be useful for partner GTM thinking, Microsoft messaging, and cross-solution ecosystem awareness.

Directions EMEA 2026 (Paris, 27–29 October)

Directions EMEA is also Business Central-oriented. Attend if your practice spans BC + F&SCM, or if you want partner ecosystem networking across EMEA.

5) Microsoft flagship (platform direction that impacts D365)

Microsoft Ignite 2026 (17–20 November)

Ignite isn’t D365-only, but it’s where big platform shifts tend to land: Entra/security, Azure integration patterns, data/analytics, Copilot/agents, and governance tooling that ultimately shapes how D365 programmes run.

How to choose (practical recommendations)

If you’re D365 F&SCM-first and want maximum relevance: prioritise Directions for Enterprise + one of BizApps Summit or EPPC.

If your differentiator is integrations/Power Platform delivery: prioritise EPPC + PPCC (and add BizApps Summit if you want more D365 mix).

If you want the biggest networking surface area: Community Summit NA is hard to beat.
